Single Bunks that can slide together to form a Full Size Bed

I'm working on converting a 16' box ambulance, and plan to leave aisle space at the back for 2 electric bikes. I'd like to be able to utilize the two single bunks on each side of the aisle even while the bikes are in the aisle. However, when the bikes are unloaded, I'd like the option of sliding the two single bunks together, to create a full sized bed across the aisle. I'm also pondering the idea of using the back rest of the two bunks/couches on each side - to fold upwards - to create two upper bunks for Grandkids while using the lower full sized bed for us oldsters that don't want to climb into a top bunk. Thoughts, ideas, or suggestions welcomed.
